Ronnie Coleman preferred high reps. Every body is different, YOUR body will react differently then THERE body with the same type of training. Learn your body, experiment, find what works for you and stick with it. I find that i get the best results by switching up my routine regularly, keep the muscles guessing. I mix in yoga, crossfit, boxing, etc... I could weight lift for 3 hours as hard i can and i will never be as sore as i am after a 45 minute boxing session, or hour long hot yoga strength class.

Just wondering, 10-12 what if I hit 10 reps then I decrease weight right. And if so is that counterproductive
