I’ve been eating oatmeal almost every morning (1/2 cup rolled) for at least 20 years. I’m an athletic physically fit 68 year old man. Healthy and trim (my pant size is a 31). I’m not on any prescribed medications. My oatmeal recipes are varied and delicious. One of my favorite meals.

My grand parents eat oatmeal every day. The stuff must be bad because they both passed away at a hundred years old.

Oatmeal is a great alternative to what some folks eat for breakfast - if people would give up the high sugar cereals and doughnuts etc... and eat more oatmeal mixed with flax seeds or chia seeds, they would be 10X more healthy and thats a fact jack! I don't care what Gundry or anyone says about this!

Your videos are super! They should be broadcast into every school for children to learn about gut health, health in general and slimming down. Food manufacturers would soon take note and change food contents.

Raisin Bran is LOADED with essential nutrients which, IMO, balance the sugar content. Besides, active people need SOME sugar. Let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater.

Unapologetically… you’ll have to pry my box of Cap’n Crunch out of my cold dead hands…It is one of the true joys in my life of 63 years.

I think I am going to just eat Air and drink water. I just looked up that Lovebird cereal. Comes out to $10 bucks a box and sold in 4 boxes.

Stay away from anything with sugar, don’t add sugar. This guy is full of it. Special K, plain Cheerios, Rice Chex, Corn Flakes plus the mighty “Raisin Bran”. Those are my Go To choices. If these are my bad habits it’s a pretty sad state of affairs.

Corn pops and crickets are now the recommendation.

I eat a big bowl of cooked steel cut oats and some multi whole grains mixed in every morning. am 82+ and reasonably healthy. I agree. most carboard box cereals are unhealthy. people who eat whole grains, vegetables, fruit and lean meats and exercise are generally healthier. common sense.

Millet contains giladin the same thing that is the cross protein to gluten that you said was in oats.

How about Captain Crunch? That healthy, right?

Actually, when I eat raisin bran it has 23 grams of added sugar, because I pour a ton of sugar on it before adding the milk.

Epiphany...🤔 is there a connection between A1 casein, high-lectin food, high-oxalate food, too much sugar, too much fructose, etc AND THE ELEVATION OF DARK NARCISSISTIC BEHAVIORS, over inflated egos, sadistic behavior and overall lack of empathy OVER THE 70 plus years???

Personally, my empathy has increased, my ego has diminished, and also my desire for global harmony & health ❤️
