Remember this guy is not telling us about this "fantastic investment" because he's nice. He does it to make money. This is a sales pitch and nothing else...

Broh! As a 20 year old belizean I've noticed most of the very valuable located lands are bought by foreigners! It's crazy i mean to them its cheap but for the locals it's impossible to invest! :( sad

How much are they paying you to do this sales/ad video? It’s crazy how soulless these creators are. They will saying and do anything for money.

Look at this gorgeous beach surrounded by mangroves, birds, fish, lizards and natural beauty. Yeah, lets destroy it and build a beach club....what a great idea!

Between you, Passport Heavy, and Remax Will, you are cooking up a Master Plan...

Sounds like your friend needs cash to jumpstart this development and you'll either get some kind of commission, or you bought lots of properties and are banking on the appreciation. I liked your old travel videos where you'd travel on the cheap.

Is this just another 20 minute advertorial disguised as a travel vlog video?

Your content initially drew us in with your adept video editing, passion for travel, and cultural appreciation. However, it's evident that your focus has shifted towards wealth, real estate, and status displays alongside your friends. Acquiring land in foreign countries without ties to the community mirrors modern colonialism, and accumulating generational wealth resembles monarchy. Where do the locals fit into this narrative? Where is the preservation of natural spaces? It seems that your priority lies in building nightclubs and encroaching upon wild spaces to bolster your generational wealth. Bravo, Mr. LeBlanc, for your priorities. 👏😢

Used to like your videos before, but now they are just purely self promotion and paid advertisements

And in the end no trees left and all over hotels and houses?

So in other words: i built in this beautiful place surrounded by beautiful nature and 10 years later i have 200 houses surrounding me? That’s not what I would want. I would want a place where there’s not suddenly a big village surrounding me.

A typical American neighborhood with the worst of it, houses one on top of the other and practically no land, it's so nice to be on the WC while your neighbor, whose house is 4 meters from yours, stares at you.
Wherever North Americans go, there's unfortunately nothing left to save.

Let's turn this gorgeous piece of nature... into a McMansion Street. Right, that sounds like a good idea.

This is exciting and i'm happy for you, but you have to wonder at the ecological impact that all of that development is going to have.... They may not have the biggest living reef for long :( but lets hope more care is taken here

If you visit secret beach in the rainy season like August that area floods bad and most of that land is under a foot of water

This is a real estate scam posing as a travel video. Glad you’re doing well for yourself, but not really a travel creator anymore.
