Use your countertop as a movement prop to help you open your side bodies and expand through your ribs and hips. If you sit a lot, this is going to be GOLD for you! And if you don't sit a lot, it will still be gold!
If you don't have a countertop for this please use something that is hip height!

Thank you for posting these. I don't know of anyone else sharing short ways we can get this movement without cost, which I really appreciate. This is one of my more favorite videos and I do it over and over throughout my work week. It's such a great way to get out my pent up nervous energy from desk work!

I just started doing Bowspring with the help of your videos and it has had an incredible impact on my body. In the few weeks since I’ve started, my scoliosis has improved immensely—my husband has commented on how my back is significantly less lopsided! My back pain has improved as well. I feel like it’s easier to breathe. Thank you for posting these and being a resource, it’s a huge blessing!
