No, I think that eclipse was just a deactivated member of the three, but it was deactivated by glitchtrap, who is causing the animatronic characters to go try and kill the protagonist in security breach. We simply deactivated the glitchtrap for good there, reactivating eclipse as a side effect and removing the violent side from moon.
