Musk has single handedly alienated most of his potential buyers. He has turned his engineers and production workers against him. It would be stealing from shareholders to pay him 56 billion. He is the definition of greed. I cancelled my cyber truck reservation and I'm glad.

They just fired 10% of their workforce. How could this possibly be justified?

Shareholder sentiment around "Magic Musk" has changed dramatically as the company faces quality control and production issues, reduced sales forecasts, and a 50% reduction in share price in 12 months. The compensation package developed by the Board (mostly Musk loyalists) was excessive (understated) and this time odds say they reject it = a probable Musk exit. We'll see.

Tesla shareholders should demand an independent board of directors not just this megalomaniac’s henchmen.

Mollusk is trying to cut almost 15, 000 employees as he's trying to slide away with 56bn, that's like 100, 000 for each person for 40 years.

Elon Musk needs to register as a *foreign agent* (FARA) for the work he performed at the behest of the Chinese 🇨🇳 government:
- He helped China to export forced labor, made in China electric cars to other countries.
- He complained all the time, but always praised the Chinese regime.
- He advocated for AI slowdown so that China could catch up.
- He blocked his Starshield satelite service in Taiwan.
- He repeated Chinese lies of the century about independent Taiwan country as a "province of China."

The guy who claims that he was willing to sleep on the floor of his factory to help his company meet deadlines is now demanding a $56B payday while his company is tanking.

He's such a selfless leader... /s

The EV market is tanking, and the timing of Cybertruck missed the mark. The money is better spent improving the current product line. How many more price reductions are there to come?

as a investor in tsla, why would you want the largest investor in the company to steal $56 billion from telsa? how does that help the smaller investor position and the company?

One must also consider that Musk is a part-time CEO, as he is also the CEO of 2 other major companies.

Spare me, the courts void the original egregious comp pkg, only for it to be entertained again? Stock or cash, there is no CEO on the planet walking on water, that would justify that amount.

Elon Musk: "The comany has $56 billion to pay me.
Also Elon Musk: "The company doesn't have enough money, you're fired."
Also also Elon Musk: "Now that I fired 14000 people, can I get my $56 billion?"
