They're afraid Mr. Musk will donate to Trump's cause.

It feels like there are no judges anymore in US, only activists. This is sad...

Only in America. Brokerage houses collapse into bankruptcy and the CEO is rewarded with a 500 million "golden parachute". Then a brilliant Elon Musk makes a risky bet on himself and a judge halts the payment. I'm getting very concerned about some of our judges.

Not only was she appointed by a Democrat Governor, but she was a partner at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor who contributed to both the Governor's and Biden's campaign. So yeah, she has a bias. Read the first sentence of her decision and you'll know her bias. "Was the richest person in the world overpaid?" Is this a court ruling or a DEI conference?

Can this case be appealed to the Supreme Court? I can't believe a judge can just unilaterally rule against Tesla and disregard the majority of the shareholders who voted for this. Then what is the point of shareholders voting?

They shouldn’t be surprised if companies start pulling out of Delaware.

How on earth do we rid the "justice" system of these activist judges, DA's and AG's???

You would have to be mad to invest in a company with a Delaware incorporation after this. Massive own goal. This has extremely serious implications for the USA as a whole. I have seen shareholder directors pull off similar results with proportionate shareholding to this. Fortunately they were in a company where the holding company is in the UK. Companies should be running to redomicile as a matter of urgency. The US has become too corrupt and too hostile to non party aligned business.

Courts: “what makes you think you earned that amount of wealth?”

Elon: “I created it.”
