They updated the Sakal map a couple days ago. I found a crawl in cave. cool. Look all the bones. Definitely where the killer bunnies with with there big pointy teeth.

There are some really good caves to build your base on servers with the build anywhere mod

26 is very easily reached without a boat. It only requires 10 or so short swims and with 3 pluses you're only black temperature for a couple minutes, even at night. That island is really cool too. I hope they add some POIs either through vanilla or server mods.

Great to know these locations, will make a fire in some of those for sure. Btw as for me, I play mostly on community servers without any base building. Even though I understand building and stocking a base can provide sorts of a end game goal, for me it removes the weight of dying. So great, that community servers have the option to turn bases OFF.

I fororgot basebuilding was a thing bc I play on community servers with it disabled. I can't even imagine how bad official is already with bases and stashed boats and stuff

I only found the tiny submarine model in the tech building on the tier 3 part of the southern military island. Very cool map with lots to explore. I love all the Soviet stuff, and only being able to find NATO type weapons and ammo in the dynamic spawning containers.

Hi Wobo ! I just discovered a huge boat like the one in Riffy stuck in the ice sea in the far North Island ( between islands 3 and 2 )and Its not on the map ! I'm currently preparing the travel to reach it on foot gonna be amazing

Hey wobo, in case you make a bugs and glitches video for sakhal so people know to avoid them, There's a spot on the south military base island where you can get stuck and soft locked, I lost a character who I already had a bunch of hours on. The coordinates for the exact spot is 3391/6766

That large southern cave, on Tanoa, is much better, and is where I've built my Exile Mod base while playing on Tanoa constantly (Arma 3 mod for you newbies who didn't start with A2 DayZ Mod, it was similar to say, DayZ Epoch Mod, base building, great AI missions, PVP, and loot searching, but doesn't include zeds natively, a lot of Exile servers did though use a zombie mod to make it exactly like DayZ, but better)...it was always IMO, one of the best base locations. Enough room to land a Taru sized helicopter or slightly bigger, boat access directly into base, Strider (amphibious armored vehicle with optional 12.7mm HMG or 40mm GMG) access, and if you built correctly, pretty damn discreet (seeing as we have Virtual Garage and you store your vics off server and they spawn in and out at your base where you parked and stored them... similar to the finally added VG for DayZ).
Never had anyone attack my base being there 👌🏻

Based on the little peak of the map i think your missing one? On the same island as cae 26, theres another and the only way in is by going prone, stumbled across it a couple days ago
