Nice setup! That setup at 4:47 looks like a bit of a fire hazard though; if all those electrical plugs are located in your humid grow tent, it's quite possible to cause some issues down the line. Worth taking a second look at.

This setup looked similar to what Fox Farm & Forage out of NC use to do years ago on youtube. I don't think they are on youtube anymore but they are proactive locally. I think they stopped buckets and went to bags like most commercial growers are doing now.

How many can you harvest before you need to replace it?

It's pretty impossible using this method in the SW as the air is just too dry. I had success putting my bucket in larger container and putting a layer of water in the bottom for moisture.

I'm no expert but I've seen way bigger oysters in other farms. Are they purposedly picking them up young or they're not growing much more, by whatever reason?
