On top of that, his parents have been under scrutiny regarding whether they were using Ryan for their own financial gain This is the rise and fall of Ryan toysreview. I just hope that Ryan doesn’t end up becoming another example of the “Child Actor Curse”. If so, his life and reputation may be extremely at risk.

Well honestly, if Ryan’s parents are going the right path, he has a great future prepared for him. Even if his channel dies, he’ll be able to pay for his college fees without worry which is a complete stress for a lot of people. But only time will tell

Once a child brings in that much money for their parents, I can’t help but feel like at some point the parents starts to look at said child as more of a “golden goose” than a sensitive and easily influential child. This type of exposure is damaging to a developing child.

Honestly, Ryan's parents are pretty good compared to other family channels. They don't fake videos or film children crying for clout.

I think it's pretty cool that Ryan's parents set him up towards the path to success at such an early age

I wonder if he's spoiling his parents. His dad probably runs up to every car he sees and is like "please Ryan PLEASE PLEASE"

I like how the whole internet bullies the kid when he can’t do anything and has done nothing wrong. It’s sick they make him do daily uploads in all his channels, he can’t even do his idea, or just do a gaming video to have fun. They make him wake up early, then makes him do videos all day, and to wake up to do the same thing, and with school.

Personally, just my own personal opinion, he is fine or his family. As long as the child isn't showing any sign or distress then he's fine. I think he is genuinely enjoying it too. I just hope the parents will put the money on ryan's future like college

He seems like a well spoken kid, quite, and respectful. It's good they teach him proper manners.

Ryan was (and probably still is) my nephew's favorite channel. I was among those that were suspicious of his parents at first but they strike me too much as good people, hell, my favorite video of theirs that I watched with my nephew when I used to babysit him was when Ryan and his dad taught viewers how to make gyoza

Sad to see how kids in youtube were forced to do this by their family

Ryan deserves the fact that he's an icon to children. He wanted that in the first place as well. But I just hope his parents keep that supposed promise that he won't be stressed

Honestly of all the kid centric channels on YT Ryan seems to have the most “child-like” up bringing of the ones I’ve seen. I’m pretty particular about what my daughters watch on YouTube because I want them to understand they’re watching these kids’ “play times” instead of what every single minute of every single day is like for them. I think Ryan’s channel does a good job of getting that image across. They also have some of the most educational videos I’ve seen of any of the other Family channels. Makes sense now knowing the mother is a chemist because I’ve watched a number of science based experiments with my youngest. Kids could be watching a lot worse on YouTube, even including the other kid friendly channels.

Thank you! I was looking forward for the Ryan's World video because it's such an interesting, complex situation.
They talked about him on the radio, and the hosts said "that's going to be an interesting lawsuit in 10 years".

This really makes me think what will happen when he turns 12-14 and wants to stop playing with such toys and wants to live his own life, not saying that a 12-14 year old can’t play with toys. It just won’t be as prevalent at that age

I feel like I've vaguely heard about ryan for longer than he's actually been alive...

Honestly, i really wanna see some of these kids grow up then make a "exposing my parents" video, since all online children who where practically had their entire childhoods filmed constantly I want to see a actual adult (or at least 14+ year old that understands whats happening) explain openly how growing up like this feels/felt, since they are rich, famous, and probably given everything, and extremely sucessful at a young age too might warp their perspective of money and economic problems throughout the world.

or they might grow up and learn to help others and do MrBeast type content which would be cool lol but probably not 😅
