You can't hack any aircraft.

1. ADS-B Is used for transmitting information of an aircraft to other receivers. It is not used for radar monitoring, but it is illegal to transmit without a radioamateur license none the less.
2. The systems used for controlling the aircraft (Hydraulics, FMCs, and so on) are either operated "manually" or are air-gapped. No aircraft can be "controlled" by using this.

Just for a mention, there is a difference between remote controlled and normal operating aircraft. Remote controlled don't have any crew on them and are not used (yet) in civil aviation for transport.
