Studies showed that looks is about 50% objective and 50% subjective (depending on the preferences of the observer). Therefore everybody can distinguish the difference between a good-looking person and a bad looking person. However, if you compare 2 good looking people you will get a lot of different answers who is better looking. Therefore those minute differences between top 1% and top 0, 5% are really insignificant in real life...

The thing I don't like about your looks scale is that you don't separate the Low-tier Normies from the true Sub 5s. A low-tier normie can looksmax into high-tier normie status, but a true Sub 5 will have a harder time becoming above average. I like WW's look scale the best (2 <---> 8)

5 is someone who just blends into a crowd. Sub 5 is people who stand out in a crowd because they look ugly, fat, bald, unhealthy or too short. 6+ is kind of hot to almost perfect.

One thing I can surely say that facial rating is highly subjective because of outside of West, most countries have really rigid Beauty Standards so the skin colour also matters a lot ..But due to globalisation I think with decent height and healthy physique one can be decent in most cultures..Like height, physique, hair and clear skin is legit in all over the world..

Straight female here. To me the 6.5s are basically 9s. Avan Jogia is absolutely gorgeous, especially with long hair.
Very masculine faces don't appeal to me. To me they look like statues or something. I could appreciate they look good but they don't really do anything for me. I like big expressive eyes and a kind of romantic look. There's nothing wrong with having one stand out feature as that can look interesting, which is better than perfect.
That said I have been called a 6/10, quite average. My boyfriend is probably 5.5 according to this. To me he is handsome as he has lovely expressive eyes and kind of looks like Kurt Cobain a bit/same relaxed style. He is kind and warm hearted.
You don't need to be a super masculine Thor look alike to be attractive. I'm not alone in my opinion either. But maybe prettier girls prefer more masculine...don't know. just my opinion.

The whole hunter eyes and strong brow ridge thing doesn't hold true in my opinion, these standards if pushed to the extreme, like with some of the 9s in the pictures, lead to relatively serial-killer looking faces, in the real world this is not the most popular look. Also that the photo selection itself is not completely coherent shows that an objective-analytical only approach doesn't work.

I can say this rating is BS and is only applied to Western society
As long as you are not ugly to all populations in this world, you are good to go
be confident and appreciate your unique features (e.g., epicanthic fold or brow hair far from eyes or monolids etc.) and do not try to remove the features to meet the Western beauty standards

There are far too many mistakes in these photo examples 😂😂
There are a handful of people who are absolutely higher ratings than what they were listed, and there are people who should be swapping ranks with others who were ranked higher than them.

I would give the following ratings:
(Add +- 2 points for personal preferences)

8 - top 1%
7, 5- top 3%
7 - top 10%
6, 5 - top 20%
6 - top 33%

5 - average (50%)

4 - bottom 33%
3 - bottom 10%
2 - bottom 1%

Most girls (when asked anonymously) rate themselves a 7.
If a chad (8) is not her type (-2points) he is a 6 and bellow her threshold.
If a 6 is exactly her type (+2 points) he is in... However, that happening is quite unlikely, the 8 usually has significantly better chances.

A 4 or worse never meets the threshold of a girls that thinks she is a 7. However, they might get lucky once in a blue moon if they meet a girl with low self esteem that thinks of herself as a 6 or 5 and the 4 is her type... But thats like playing the lottery...

I’m my city I would say maybe 90 percent of the people around their 20s are 5.5 to 6.5 on the scale. My city is pretty much normal as others nearby it so I think it’s a very inaccurate scale.

The models used are all older than most of us, they are like in their late 20s and early 30s right? It seems like male models do age like fine wine lol

Those men at the bottom line of the dating rating system seems to suffer from any congenital disorder annomalies, more especifically speaking craniofacial annomalies (these annomalies can affect the neural growing development of their brain and also causing facial malformations due to the biological incompability of both genes) and that was mainly caused by some sort of genes incompatibilities that were gestated during its conception inside the maternal womb. therefor those men will be left out to die in solitude. inbreeding can be one of many causes for this. mostly in middle eastern countries and in Portugal were family members marry which each other giving birth to physically unpleasing beings.
