I lost so many valuable photos and videos because of the crappy ways of apple transfer systems. It is so easy with PC just plag the cable select the media drag and drop. apple sucs with data transfer

when I connected the cable...After importing all the photos and videos some pictures and videos are missing to show in mac. Does anyone know solution to this? Even in image capture app the same picture and videos are missing. There are 837 videos but in my mac photos there is only 819 videos
