Let’s make Instant Oatmeal Pots😍 These are a fun grab-and-go breakfast that you can take to your office for example! They contain about 18 grams of protein per serving!

Apple Pie Flavor:
1/2 cup instant/quick oats (120 ml)
1 tablespoon oat flour
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds or chia seeds
Optional: 2 tablespoons (vegan) vanilla protein powder
1/2 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon, to taste
Pinch of nutmeg
1/2 apple, diced
1 tablespoon chopped pecans

Chocolate Hazelnut Flavor:
1/2 cup instant/quick oats (120 ml)
1 tablespoon oat flour
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds or chia seeds
Optional: 2 tablespoons (vegan) vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts
Handful of raspberries

Blueberry Pie Flavor:
1/2 cup instant/quick oats (120 ml)
1 tablespoon oat flour
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds or chia seeds
Optional: 2 tablespoons (vegan) vanilla protein powder
1/2 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon, to taste
pinch of ground cardamom
handful of blueberries
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

1. Add all the ingredients into glass jars or containers and stir
2. Before serving add 2/3-3/4 cups / 160-180 ml boiled hot water (depending on how thick you like your oatmeal) and stir or you can also add cold milk, stir and microwave for 1-2 minutes. Let sit for about 5 minutes (if using chia seeds, let sit longer so that the seeds can absorb some of the liquid) and stir again, add more liquid if needed, and enjoy!
