You don't need to turn off the switch to charge the battery. When you haven't used the surron for more than a month, then turn off the power switch and disconnect the battery cables

It would be really cool if someone could make a battery pack with LTO lithium titanate battery cells. They have a lower voltage and so you would need to use a lot of cells to reach the voltage, but there are many other advantages, such as the very high discharge rate. higher and charging can be very fast, in addition to greater cycle durability
