Sur Ron Battery Jumpstart (Low-Voltage Cutoff)

A quick how-to for jump starting the charger if your battery pack falls below the low voltage cut-off. Sometimes this takes a few attempts before the pack will accept the charge.

Note: If your fan is spinning on the charger, your pack is charging. If it's not, it isn't.

I unintentionally ran the battery down to zero and could not get it to charge. I saw the cost of a replacement and was hoping I wouldn't have to spend the $1600. After watching this video, I was able to get it to work the first time I tried. Thank you for the quick and easy solution.

Thanks a lot for this info. My Sur Ron X dies when it hits 20% within a minute, luckily I coasted the last block home. Now I never let it get below 30% and have never gotten over 20 miles of range at 230lbs. on sport mode. Cheers.

What lights do you recommend for bbshd? What kind of light is better? Is it better use it with own battery or there is a way to plug it into main bike battery?
