Every word we speak is powerful, yet we've all done it. We've said something we later regret. In this short video, you'll learn why this happens and how you can avoid making the same mistake in the future.

I've issues with this since about my 15 yo. I'm 38, I've enough. I've been struggling at work(S) for years. People think I'm dumb and it is annoying. Sometimes, I can get over it and think "whatever", but sometimes it is frustrating, sad and waste my day. Sometimes I even wonder if I'm just simply naturaly dumb but I doubt it because I just feel weird when around people and I'm kind of scared to talk. Not at the point anyone would notice it, I do not appear shy but when we are a group and say something nobody imagine the effort it takes just to say a sentence even I hide it since my early teens. But since mid teens it annoys me deep inside and I know I've been missing tones of opportunities and still.
