I'd be concerned about what sort of corners they would cut when you have the Mac Mini at £599. Would they really offer something akin to this with a screen, keyboard, trackpad and battery for only £100 more. The MacBook Air is already a pretty good indicator of how Apple values those features, including with an M2.
