Such a shame that rom hacking ORAS isn't as advanced as we would all like.
I've been waiting YEARS for a Gen 1 remake in ORAS engine.... sadly it never came. But I still got hope!

To me Pokemon Wilting y with the insanity hack is better than the rom hacks showed here. All pokemons up to that generation are available, you can evolve without trading, and the game is difficult which is so refreshing for a pokemon game.

Idk if you just focused on stuff you liked or if
the Rom hacks are truly like this
But ROM HACKS are ONLY FUN and True hacks if they, change EVERYTHING ABOUT THE STORY, Changing shiny encounters and small gym changes and characters sounds AWEFUL, You can use cheats to get shinys in EVERY rom hack, If the Rom hack is the same as the original except for minor pokemon and gym changes.. It's garbage, I might as well play the Origianal game. If you would have explained that they have big story changes or big changes besides shiny and gym and character encounters I'd be on board... But these sound so unnessary.

It's painful to think that there's enough Pokemon hacks for 3DS that people can make top lists for them, but nothing else really has any rom hacks. Nothing against Pokemon. I love Pokemon. It's just the 3DS had other great games outside of this one series.
Like Zelda. OoT and Majora's Mask have a few good N64 hacks, sure, but I feel like there's a lot more possibilities for some cool stuff in the remakes. If anything, even seeing existing ROM hacks ported to the 3DS versions would be nice.
I'd love to see some good rom hacks for some of those other games and be able to play them on my hacked 3DS. Luma has this rom patching feature that applies patches to games without actually modifying the game's files and this feature unfortunately seems really wasted by a lack of hacks. Disappointing.
