How can I show all the distances inside a polygon, I tried above line or below line but still cant show up inside a polygon, can I move a dimension inside? How ?

Is it possible to add this to an attribute table that can then be exported? I have multiple polygon shapes in a .shp file and would like to export the lengths out and associate them with the ID number for each polygon.
