The Tories getting 155 seats still baffles me. Why on earth, after the last 14 years of utter Tory chaos, would anyone still vote for them?

155 seats. Is 155 more than they deserve.

> "Unprecedented 403 seats."
> Has 418 in 1997.

Zero seats, zero seats, zero seats...!

What makes 403 seats "unprecedented" given that in 1997 they won 418? Sounds precedented to me.

The fact that Reform would have a decent % of the total vote share but would get no seats just demonstrates how terrible and unrepresentative a system first past the post truly is.

"And starmer could be set to win an unprecedented 403 seats" - there's literally a barchart on-screen showing them with 418 seats in 1997

How can like 27% of the votes just disappear like that, I hate that system, same thing in Spain, keeps up the quasi-2 party system artificially strong

"bad news" for Rishi means leaving London for LA and getting a new investment banking job

The big business party losing support from big businesses? You must have lots of serious problems to get to that stage

Don't say unprecedented when something is precedented.

It’s still 155 too many. They need to be punished & relegated to a minor party that doesn’t even have the credentials of the official opposition

1:55 What disturbs me most is how Tories could even be left with as many as 155 seats after their history since Thatcher.

Not sure about your use of 'unprecendented' describing a graph that displays the clear precedent.

It's not that people would be voting for Labour as much as against the Tories.
That's not a good win, and it's not a mandate which Labour will claim afterwards.

How is Reform getting 15% of the vote in opinion polls but 0 seats?

0:29 Unprecedented? You are literally showing the results of a previous election where Labour exceeded this projection!

Can we stop giving labour any praise for this win? You need to be delusional to think that Kier Starmer isn't just filling the "Not the Tories" role. He could be 3 rocks in a trench coat and still beat the tories at this point.

This is why we need PR, I disagree with Reform but to get more votes than the Lib Dem’s but no seats is unfair.

One vote for the Whories is five votes too many.
