Every city has large empty office blocks. Why not convert some of those into hospitals. It would save on building costs and would result in more hospitals in a shorter time.

Worked in nhs nearly decade... companies fleecing the nhs. Medical equipment suppliers charging almost double for the same piece of equipment, just because it's the nhs. Hospital taxi services, deliberately taking longest routes to charge more,
