Thank you for the beautiful video. It's a pity that no one explained to you how to eat khinkali. You should never use a fork and knife. Khinkali are eaten with your hands. You should hold one by the top with one hand and support it by another. Then, you need to slightly bite it on the side to create a small hole. Tilt the khinkali a bit and drink the broth inside.
