I finally got around to doing this after using your referral link in December, HA! I used your template to start so it was less overwhelming than starting from scratch. Now that I've had time to really get comfortable with it...I'm cataloging EVERYTHING. I'm a makeup artist and this has been a game changer as far as knowing what I have on hand, in storage, expiration dates and actively in my kit. I can also see using this for continuity keeping in my film work (I'll put it to the test next film but ive started a template).I use it to inventory my airbnb supplies (towels, bedding etc) so it's easier to tell when things go missing or broken. You've leveled my Virgo WAY up. Thank you so much for making this video and sharing your template. If anyone is nervous about trying this, just do it! Don't worry about images right away, when you are sitting in front of the TV or just want to sit down and do something mindless, it's a great time to add the photos from screen shots.

Mark, have you gotten to your journals and notebooks yet? I'm going to start that soon. All my inks and pens are done thanks to you!

Ahhh, this is a great idea, Mark. I was thinking of doing something very similiar in Notion because I already use that for other things. Good idea to borrow ink swatch images from websites. I would probably add a personal rating for each ink to record if I enjoyed writing with it or not, would i buy the ink again, and if i have a full bottle or just a sample vial. Maybe also add the ink collection, for example, one of the Diamine Advent Calendars. (Edited for grammar.)

Okay, but in seriousness, yes, I totally need to digitize my pen and ink collection. I've just been using a notebook, which is fine, but not efficient when I'm trying to get an overview of which pens contain which ink.
*edited to add* I might want to use something like this to catalogue my already-used notebooks and planners. I know the BuJo official app has an archiving function as well--- Since I tend to jump around throughout the year, I'd love to just set up a category like, "Planners and bujos from 2023" or something like that.
