I'm stuck in an endless loop and feeling like I want to send this machine back. No matter how many times I do this process it still thinks it's not loaded. I gave up and put the spool into the AMS and it works fine. So what's the deal?

Mine is stuck on unload... it won't even try to load anything anymore, the load button does nothing.

I have to retry about 4-5 times for it to purge. Doesnt give me much confidence about adding on the ams….

I wish Bambu would stop using the audio track for music and use it for instruction! If the subtitles can be in English, why not talk to us?

This printer is good until you have to talk to the technicians…. I’m having trouble with a defective part and I’m 3 weeks writing with them because the printer has a defective part that they don’t want to change it . Since day one this part was defective but the post service of bambú labs is a piece of ……..
