I do not understand how to unload filament in version V4.1.13.with scissors?
Load/unlod in version V4.1.10 worked without a problem!

i have the qidi max 3, when i have to change filament set in the slicer provided for this printer, the print bed will go down, and print head will move out of the way like it should. but when i push the unload button it does not retract the filament. only things on screen is the temp control, load-unload and resume/stop button. but the unload and load buttons do nothing for me to pull the filament out. ive tried to push it when changing temp as high as 280 but with no luck of removing filament.

So, why are these instructions not in the printed instruction leaflet???. The onscreen instructions are totally incomprehensible to most new users, The onscreen onscreen instruction says to "Cut The Filament" but does not say where. very frustrating. Lift your game QIDI!
