I loved this video! Really spoke to things I had been reflecting on and wanting to change in 2024! I defs related to the forcing feed oneself to gain weight, I was literally journaling about how I want to stop trying to conform to societal standards and fleeting desires and instead change love myself in my own skin and only changed if I genuinely want to, for myself last night. I related to you on so much stuff, down to studying public health and psychology, was working a 9-5 I hated but did for the money but having a creative dream (mines modelling and journalism 😭) and the way God just bought me to your channel at the start is peak crazy. I was shocked when you said you use to romanticised the goal/dream life more than the actual steps it takes to achieve the goal/dream life because that’s is exactly me. I’ve decided for 2024 I’m going to instead focus on intention, discipline and consistency with routines and habits that will make me the person I want to be opposed to just dreaming about the goal.

I loved how you inserted biblical scripture as well! It is so crazy because I’ll literally be thinking, journaling or asking God about something and you’ll post a video about it or share your experience with the same thing! He’s really using you ❤ May God continue to use and bless you ❤
