Pre-market breakout is also a dux strategy. I mean all I can add to this to certify some more tick boxes are...

Do this strat when float rotation is 2-3*
Possibly don't trade if in the pre-market the stock has lost its 100% gain (seen as bearish)
Possibly try it on a second green day which has plenty room to gap up.
If it is a clean chart with low resistance in that area

how is this better than first 15 min high or low? after market open I think creating a high during high volume trading and breaking that after 15 mts is key either for day trading or for swing trading.

I typically prefer to see the stock come back and find support rather than playing the break unless the break is on a level that has been tested multiple times. I generally am trading $100+/share stocks though that have smaller % moves but often bigger absolute moves.
