I cut three leaves from my alocasia green velvet and I haven’t been able to sleep since. The plant is fine but I’m not

You can put them in a vase like you would cut flowers and enjoy them until they die still. You can use cut flowers with them and make a little arrangement.

Its funny because I am a horticulturist for a city, and people bring us there leggy, crusty office plants to "fix". The first thing we do is chop it and propagate it. I think they would freak out if they knew, but its good for them lol😅

Put a lil grow light under that shelf above and they’ll be more likely to tilt up then put when the come in as well. Looking great!

I transplanted my 4 1/2 inch Jade plant recently and it didn't seem to bother it.That evening it looked even more fresh and healthy. Its branching nicely under LED lighting.

I like to press the pretty leaves that hurt my heart to cut inside tissue paper, in a book. Then frame or make art with them. :)

Wow, a stick and some twine would have done the job.

I'm so all in for cutting/pruning and just throw them away... it's okay! If the plants outside can lost them all and grow them back every year you indoor plants can too! :P

It IS sacrilegious! Get a bigger house, woman! 😅 Mostly kidding, and 100% jealous you can keep them that happy. ❤

Take the leaves ancut most of the stems off and dip the small peice of stem next to the leaf into rooting harmone and grow a new plant or nine new plants. I do it all the time and it works. You then have mnew plants to give to friends
