I want to buy a camera to start my photography journey. Im thinking of the a7 ii, a7 iii and a7R iii. I think that the 42mp on the a7r iii is too overkill. Im now thinking that the a7 ii isnt significantly worse than the a7 iii in terms of image quality. I do not need the 2 card slots, i do not need video features simply because i wont shoot video, i dont really care about the larger battery since 350 shots are more than fine for me, and i wont need the higher iso range. So now im thinking. What are the other differences on these 2 cameras?

those 2 cameras don't have the same sensor

They don’t share the same sensor. They are the same size, but the aiii scores way better in dxomark. And it performs remarkably better in low light.
