I think Craig really said something dirty their because if you watch closely you can see the video jump, which means they cut it out. then he said " did it look like we cut something out their". most likely implying that they cut something out.

Maybe it was cut when uploaded here but if I'm not mistaken, the show is aired live, so people in the audience and at home saw the entire show with no "cuts"! ^^
