You actually missed a big part of their income. They fly into small airports and because they bring business to the airport and surrounding area, they actually get paid by the airport to operate there. This is why they have cheap tickets, the airports pay the rest.

People who say ryanair suck because they charge you for everything are the reason shampoo bottles have instructions. Sure you get free wifi and leg room or extra accomodation in other airlines but they make you pay 200x more for a reason. With ryanair you get what you pay for, their landings are actually solid and the prices for extras are actually still quite fair compared to other airlines. Not to mention most of their flights have no connections and take you directly to where you want to be.

Ryanair turn around is about 10-15 mins because they r never on time

they also have toxic monopoly in these smaller airports. They threaten them to remove routes there and make the airport willing to give them better deals/fees for the threat of closing the airport

Now I just realized how Ryanair is identical to GOL from Brazil, they just have 737 in their fleet, the fly price is cheap, it operates in small airports, etc

Tbh flying as pilot for Ryanair you would get way more flight hours than any other airline
