Israel also supported The apartheid regime in South Africa and played a pivotal role in the development of nuclear weapons that have, thankfully, been dismantled. Israel need to be held accountable for the atrocities in Gaza. The apartheid and cruelty perpetrated there is unacceptable. I am very proudly South African because our government is not backing down in the quest for justice for Palestinians. That is why I voted with my conscience this year during our general election.
