✎ Today, we're diving into five powerful ways to stay organized and boost your productivity. Stick around until the end for my personal favorite tip on the matter.

Organizing your life may seem daunting with endless tasks and unexpected challenges, but it's crucial for success. Start by understanding who you are and what you truly want in life. Consider your natural talents, passions, and long-term aspirations. Reflect on what you would pursue if limitations didn't exist, and set clear goals based on your desires. Wolfgang Von Goethe's observation that "everything counts" reminds us that every action either contributes to or detracts from our goals, emphasizing the importance of aligning our actions with our aspirations.

Establishing effective habits is key to maintaining organization and achieving your goals. Focus on daily goal setting, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a people-oriented approach. Prioritize your most important tasks and commit to completing them, even when motivation is lacking. Remember that self-discipline is the foundation of success, allowing you to consistently take action toward your goals. Finally, create a one-page plan outlining your top five goals, values, and sub-goals for the year, providing clarity and direction for your journey to success.

Developing these habits and strategies will empower you to take control of your life, maximize your productivity, and achieve your dreams. With a clear vision, disciplined approach, and effective planning, you can overcome any obstacle and create the life you desire. Start implementing these tips today and watch as your productivity and success soar to new heights!

Bravo Evan! My favorite speaker was Brandon Bushard. I've been taking notes in a blank book that I bought called "My Life in Color" and was writing taking detailed notes that would act like my own, special, personalized performance optimization framework. I played THIS VIDEO back and I've got a framework for myself now that's going to help me really get some things done now and focus on what's most important.
I was in the kitchen making some whole wheat almond raisin breads for the holidays and I stopped what I was doing came in and wrote what I was hearing down so I could refer back to it every day. Email is really an interference and it's basically what other people want you to do that day, not what you want to do. I pretty much stay off Facebook most the time because that's exactly what it. Quite often I hear bad news about somebody then the next thing I know I'm praying for them or searching a topic for them, because I can, and my world and plans go haywire.
Every thing I wanted to do in my attitude changes when I hear about things like that. There's a lot of drama on Facebook is not necessarily something that's pleasant and adds quality to my day.
The same goes for Twitter; I uninstalled that app it's disabled currently. You're the main person that I speak to you on there Evan. Too many notifications, clogged up my phone all day long from Twitter.
I enjoy talking to you though on Twitter and I programmed all the post that I put on my blogs to share on Twitter. So even though I'm not on that site specifically new content being added to it. This post was my favorite in the last 6 months. Outsanding video and hats off to you. Heres a virtual standing ovation Evan and all that jazz to you. Keep up the outstanding work. Polly Motzko signing off.

I plan on listening to this every morning! I literally got up this morning by saying “discipline is about doing things when it’s needs to get done wether you feel like it or not!”

I loved this video. What I got out of it was: My Daily Goal is to Strategize My Day by 1) identifying projects that will have the most impact on my life; 2) establishing priorities I need to get done for the projects each day; then 3) contacting the people I need to reach out to and people I am waiting on to make that happen.

Great theory for me to work towards. loved it!

First of all, the 5 ways are awesome when it comes to PRODUCTIVITY. I am going to apply all of them, except using an online diary because I already do. The order is: 1. plan my day on the night before - I've already done it, and it worked out pretty well, but I still need consistency; 2. good habits (morning routine including streching and a 5-10 minutes "transfer" exercise; 3. I already use a one-page plan (which I love o write on the paper) however I am going to include a PROJECT and a PEOPLE section on it; and the last, and most challenging: separate specific days for special and highly important tasks. My hardest point is to make sure I am working on the right task at that moment since I am strating a small business by my own and alone, I mean, I have no team. I am glad you made this video over a year ago! Thanks, Evan!

No matter how much I try to plan. I always manage to forget at least one thing. It's very annoying. I am forgetful but I don't think that's the root of the problem. I think it's because I'm not organized enough.. I think my plans are so all over the place. Feels like I'm always rushing and there's too much on my table. It gets worse when I'm dealing with other people. And when i feel like I'm not on my own clock. I get overwhelmed and stressed out . This is why i think I just live my life in general better with less people around on a constant basis 😬
Some people just function better alone. And I think I'm some people lol

every year I buy a new dairy but at the end of the year, I discover that I only use 10-20 pages!
I have a lot of goals and skills that I want to achieve but I don't achieve any! After your video, you light up my way.. the mistakes that keep me away from productivity are 1- I waste most of my time on TV and phones 2- I don't plan for the next day 3- I only write the goal without a plan! (big mistake) 4- I don't organize my tasks as you do... FROM NOW I'll follow your way and I'll try to create a one-page plan. THANK YOU SO MUCH

This is a good compilation. While I'm watching though I realize that the presenters don't seem to relate to busy career/single moms. It's important to also remember to priotitze loving our childrn by spending time with them, giving them attention, reading and playing with them especially in this time when work is so very time-consuming and we are under pressure to be productive.

My fav is the one-page plan. But there was a lot of good info in the video; I made a mental note of the tips around managing email shared in point 5. Thanks, Evan and team!

"If I was called out of town for one month, what one activity would I like to be sure to be completed?" (not exact quote, but this makes more sense)-Brian Tracey. This resonates most with me as it brings attention tho what is most important and to do that first cause you never know what will happen, you can get ill, you can get called away etc. Also I have a flight booked in two weeks time to go away for one month so I literally have to think about what I need to get done before I go!

Calendar is great. As the day comes it tends to fill up my day. In between tasks I go over email with the aim to clear the inbox so I don't read anything else. I may need to split it but in an industry of fast response that is hard to do.
