Hi Stephanie, I have a qn with Excel. I'm calculating Room Rents here. For example: my Room Rate=495/- Cell (D6) x Period of stay=13 days Cell (C6) is my Total amount collected ie 6435/-Cell (H6). I also have a cell "Charges for accomodation"Cell (E6)
and "Amount Collected as Luxury Tax(LT)" Cell (G6)

I would like to know the excel formula in such a way that E6 "Charges for accomodation"+G6
(Amount Collected as LT) when added should show up as 6435 as well.

In future when I calculate Total amount collected, formula should be in such a way that
charges for accomodation must show up immediately. Can you help

There is a more simple method you write the amount the n the percent like a normal percent for example 2.3% excel will add a zero like : 2.30% and then press enter.
