If forced to pick we’d go with he REI flash 22 for this hike—it is a bit bigger and has exterior pockets—but you can’t go wrong with either bag:

Hydration 💦
Your tour provider will supply the boiled water, but you will need to supply the container! We recommend having a water bottle and a 2-3L bladder in your day pack. Garret also feels very strongly that these are some of the best electrolytes out there!
