Remember all the adverts convincing us eating a bowl of sugary cereal will somehow make us better at school but really just made us crash and gave us diabetes.

this is true, I'm regularly taking no sugar in my breakfast and it has changed my life, I don't feel body aches and laziness anymore, eating whole foods is a plus point too

I love your videos and I have to tell you that last year I was diagnosed with diabetes type 2 my glucose levels were at 124 in 6 months I manage to take them down to 51 and I still enjoy a sweet but I did cut the sugar in my house, I change to diet sodas but most importantly I read all the natural things that could help and that made the most difference Apple cider vinegar, chia seeds, Greek yoghurt, turmeric, omega 3, spirulina and exercise if everything continues like this in 6 more months my doctor would completely remove the Metformin that he put me on and I want to thank you as I have incorporated a lot of the things that you advice in my life

Thank you for sharing what doctors/dieticians have been telling us for YEARS now. I'm addicted to prossed foods. I will continue to fight my addiction to prossed food and their poisons. Ugh!

I actually noticed this difference when i switched my breakfast from eating cale (like homemade regular cake no icing nothing) to eating 2 eggs. Of course there are other factors that changed too but over all i feel less tired throughout the day
