When nothing worked, I dismantled the whole device from each of the points, let it rest for 10 mins. Then I removed the adapter to the HDMI cable & made it direct. It has worked! There is some update happening for 10 mins. Fingers crossed! Will update in a day.

Add me to the numbers. Nothing works. Tried it all. Won't even factory reset. I liked the firestick better than the roku but now we just use the roku. No plans on replacing it.

I messed mine up. Probably by removing the the factory launcher by following some youtube video. Now it just boot loops forever.

Nothing worked. Not even the message to restore to factory settings. I truly don't know what to do anymore, I've tried everything. Black screen with flashing logo is all I get.

At the start of the video you say how you can help if your stick is stuck on start logo/bootup.
With that in mind how can you use remote to do a factory reset when it is clearly stuck on logo/bootup screen.
Can’t help but feel this video is just up to follow your link to buy a pointless power adapter that we don’t need.
You show what buttons to press then show a screen of info to reset to factory settings. That won’t happen if our stick is stuck on logo/bootup screen. Pointless help.
