I have suffered with tension headaches for some time now. And recently, they I have been having them all day every day, and I get them when I am asleep or wake up during the night or in the morning. Recently, I have had them all day every day as I had a siezure at an event which was packed with people

The pain is very subtle but it is there, I feel it when I press my temples. On stressful days it gets a bit more annoying, it is like my temples are sensitive to pressure, sometimes I give myself a massage and press them, it hurts but at the same time it is relieving and on the next day the area is more sensitive to touch but the headache itself is gone for a couple of days. I've been dealing with this for more than a year now and I don't know the cause.

well I’ve had a mean headache that transfers from the front left to the front right and it will go to more that 7 areas in my head I’ve had it for more than a month now and sometimes I feel nauseas if I think about it too much I believe it’s cause of anxiety cause I went more than 4 months without sleeping well
