i love the format now that shows the weights you use each round. I love how it is never rep counts Just get the right weight and go at your pace til time runs out. Always with Dan. Always lighter on the shoulders and double on the chest lol.

Does the 8 weeks still have the ab workouts included as part of every workout like a finisher?

So my son is on the autism spectrum - and loving your workouts. He is super skinny - low body fat - just needs to build strength and muscle. He cannot currently afford this - maybe later. Is there any of your playlists that you would recommend he follow if he wants to gain weight and muscle. He walks the dog about 3 hours a day, so just needs strength work - I guess the HIIT not that important then? Any advice? Hopefully can get the app at a later stage.
