Vice city was running on my pc. But had to download some files to fix 60fps issue if you aware about it. For some days it ran well but today it's not opening even, btw showing in task manager. If I press Enter 5 times than it'll show 5 times in a row in task manager, strange‼️ if you have solution about this plz.

This did not work for me. I have windows 10 and I have tried to open several games from the iWin games manager. First I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the games manager and the games. That did not work. Then I tried uploading graphics drivers and rebooting the PC several times. That did not work. Then I tried the fix as outlined in this video. Again it still does not work. I already know from past experience that trying to contact iWin for help is a nightmare. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
