Learn all about the ACL and PCL in this super FUN and MEMORABLE video!

Please note!!! The attachment sites of the ACL and PCL in the video are correct, but regarding their arrangements in relation to each other: the ACL actually runs anteriorly to the PCL (hence ACL!!! ANTERIOR =).

Please check out my new website!

I use the acronym LAMP to remember where the ACL and PCL attach:
Lateral femoral condyle
Anterior to medial tibia spine
Medial femoral condyle
Posterior intercondylar area

Just remember the LA refers to the ACL, the MP refers to the PCL :)

Hi there. The attachment sites of the ACL and PCL in the video are correct, but the arrangement of ACL and PCL in relation to each other is wrong. In the video you're showing a posterior view of the right knee. The ACL should attach anteriorly on the tibia and run anterior to the PCL. If you need to verify this information, I sourced it from Netter's Atlas of Human Anatomy (7th ed. Plate 500).

Hi, I'm from Iran, I've had a pcl rupture, I wanted to send you your email to send you an MRi photo, whether I'm being treated with foot plaster, or should I have surgery, because I went to a few doctors, and they each gave me a comment.
