I recommend not to shoot on a stationary ball bcz in 95% of situations during the game both you and the ball are moving so you have to practice shooting with the ball on the move!

I'm actually a defender, but with your videos, my coach has recognised me more as a wide midfielder. But this is also helpful for my defensive position. Great video though.

With personal training, I agree that it is something that is very important for player development. But sometimes, 5 hours a day is way to much. I tried doing that and after 2 weeks I got injured and was out for a month. Your training has to be planned out well and you can not work too hard. Sometimes a high intensity 30 minute session is better than a screw around 5 hour session with a low intensity. Just be careful how much you train.

I think your training times are very ott, if you do 1 hour of quality training and 30-90 mins of fitness you'd be on a good route, you would be overworking doing just 5 hours of training even if that includes fitness, I would aim at most for 15 hours a week total of fitness and training

But good quality training for 30 mins will be far better that 2 hours of low quality training
