Is a nice skill but I don't think this gonna work on a defender if you meet a very agressive defender is gonna pack your leg together with the ball and there is no foul there and trust me it would be a serious injury

I play high level football as a left winger and the defenders aren’t gonna get past that easily you need to use safe side(when your back is covering the ball not just showing the ball to the defender) the easiest way to do safe side is a body faint when your back is facing the defender. Hope this helped😅
