Two men accused of scamming homeowners on Long Island: NCPD

Two men posing as licensed contractors were charged Monday with allegedly ripping off Long Island homeowners.

There is nothing lower than someone who goes after the folks on a fixed income. No matter how old you are they are not likely to recover but adding that these people are elderly just shows how low these animals can go.

I know they are going to be let go to do it again and face little to no penalties which is why I don’t understand why the reporters cannot post a picture. This is why most people get their news from YouTuber’s. We would have known exactly who these creeps are because this is definitely not their first time.

One thing about our Nassau County we are not thirsty for your bill money. Truly we don’t even need it. This is not the five barrels where you would just get off you will be held accountable for your actions and Nassau County. Always stop think before you act in Nassau County because you will be held accountable

you know this same 2 guy's came to my door knocking and then after 5 mins leave a flier I watched them through the window and just leave them knocking because I am renting and on the 2nd floor rite here in bellrose, smh ...

Lot of chimney and roofing companies running the scam
They come to the house go up to check the chimney one worker check the chimney and other associates damage the roof then take pictures and show to the landlord that roof also needs repair and since they do construction n roofing also get multiple jobs!!
This happened to me with my new roof damaged by chimney workers
