I have been taking hot flush supplements for the past two years. Unfortunately, they have stopped working recently. I looked for different ways until I found your channel. Each session with you made a difference. After a week, I finally slept through the night (so far hot flashes and night sweats woke me up about 6 times a night). I returned to normal life. Brilliant. Really helped. Thank you. Had to change the type of yoga I do, as my usual practice led to nausea which is an unusual but very debilitating symptom. I also have the mood swings and this practice left me very calm. Thanks so much!

thanks for this one aprille!! i'm in peri-, and temperature fluctuations and mood (generally turned inward - oh, for the release of one great hissy fit!!) are the things i struggle with. will be trying sitali breathing to cool myself down when i need it :) so weird to see cat-less vids!!
