To see subtitles in other languages: Click on the gear symbol under the video, then click on "subtitles." Then select the language (You may need to scroll up and down to see all the languages available).

What if the standard electrolytic capacitors were replaced with supercapacitors? Would each stage be able to produce an even higher voltage because each capacitor could store more charge?

Also, what is the purpose of Capacitor 1 if only Capacitor 2 gains average voltage across?

Thanks! Very clear and interesting. One question: you assume that the diodes operate at 0V forward voltage? otherwise, no current will flow through D2 when its cathod voltage is greater than its anode voltage

Só muda o título, pois voltagem e amperagem não existe. Tensão e corrente elétrica.
Nesse caso aumentar a tensão.

It's not obvious where the ground connection is. I know it's the lower connection of the generator but only because I've worked with this circuit before.
