Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes found guilty of fraud

Years after captivating doctors and investors with a revolutionary blood-testing technology that actually never worked, Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes has been found guilty on four counts of fraud.

As CEO of Theranos, the company she founded at age 19, Holmes promised to dramatically change medicine with technology that could test for hundreds of health problems with just the prick of a finger and a few drops of blood -- faster than traditional lab tests, at a fraction of the price.
