Love this tip. My favorite roasted potatoes is moistening the surface of the potatoes and then rolling them in very fine well seasoned bread crumbs, Roast until golden brown.. oh my gosh. The pan rarely makes it to the table as people can't resist popping them in their mouth every time they walk by. Hot out of the oven or not!
