Aside from not giving us the baking instructions, that paprika looked like a lot more than 1 teaspoon. Compare it to the salt and pepper.

I did find a similar, yet actually FUNCTIONAL recipe on Instagram. From that one, it has the same 1 tsp measurement for other ingredients, but 1 TBSP of paprika. Which looks more like the amount used in this video.

Also, that complete recipe says to bake at 200° for 30 min on one side, then another 20 on the other. Though theirs came out a bit darker than the one in this video, so I might try 20 and 20, or till it looks a nice rich, golden brown.
